Eric Weers is an American artist and author seeking to reengage in liberal arts. He’s had big dreams as a high school cross country runner, and found himself living a simple life living in a tiny home with his wife and daughter.
He appreciates the simple things, and believes the American dream is attained every day when you are able to walk in peace, provide for your family, and build meaningful relationships.
He believes God was the foundation of this country and that by sharing our experiences with one another we can come together and set aside our differences. While he does believe in Republican values, he doesn’t think that we have to have the same political views to achieve the American Dream.
Eric graduated from Doane College with a Bachelors of Arts in English in 2018. He became All American in indoor track during his time there, and won many awards in writing, running, and even art. His dream is to share his life experience with anyone who is interested, and hopefully one day write a book. This website is to build the building blocks of a memoir one day to be written.
